EMDR Intensives

A faster approach to healing

Are you finding it challenging to move past trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, sports yips, twisties, low self-esteem or something else that is keeping you from being your best self?

You’re in the right place.Â

Elizabeth offers a powerful solution that can help you overcome these struggles and see transformative results: An intensive therapy session is anywhere from 3 hours to several 6 hour days.  During this time, I use EMDR, Brainspotting, and even energy healing to help you achieve your goal or goals. Due to the amount of hours spent, this is an out-of-pocket cost.

Overview of what an intensive day may look like.

The below schedule is an example of what a day would look like. It is designed to allow for deep emotional processing through EMDR, with flexibility to move into Brainspotting or energy healing modalities like Reiki or Vortex Healing, depending on the client’s progress. Each break is optional and can be adjusted as needed based on client needs and the flow of the session.

In the below session is showing that EMDR is the primary modality of treatment however, Brainspotting can also be the primary modality of treatment. It’s contingent of the persons needs and goals.

EMDR can be provided virtually through telehealth sessions.

EMDR therapy involves attention to three time periods: the past, present, and future. Focus is given to past disturbing memories and related events. Also, it is given to current situations that cause distress, and to developing the skills and attitudes needed for positive future actions. With EMDR therapy, these items are addressed using an eight-phase treatment approach.
